INTRODUCTION

 

      A.  Background

            Coffee is a global beverage that is enjoyed by people of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly. Even in Indonesia itself, many people make coffee a mandatory drink that must be consumed every day.

            The Indonesian culture of drinking coffee has opened businesses and coffee shops. Moreover, the coffee industry in recent years has experienced rapid growth so that many coffee shops have been established with diverse and unique concepts.

            Kali’s coffee business concept was established with a unique concept, namely an industrial-themed coffee shop. Located in the upper area with cool and smooth air, coffee is also served with the latest innovation, namely using a cookie cup. And facilities that are certainly much sought after such as Wi-Fi, prayer rooms, and clean bathrooms.

 

            B. Vision and mission

Vision: to make Kalis Coffee a comfortable place with the best service, a quality menu, a coffee shop that creates new innovations, and affordable prices for all people.

Mission:

• Create a menu of high quality and delicious taste that is packaged in a contemporary way to attract the attention of visitors

• Providing the best service with adequate facilities available

• Creating a comfortable and relaxed coffee shop atmosphere with complete facilities and a variety of menu choices

Featuring an attractive interior and complete facilities such as air                                    conditioning, clean bathrooms, and a place of worship to make customers        comfortable. Don't forget to present a unique menu, namely glasses made from      cookies at affordable prices to attract young consumers.

B.    Location and Business Name

Located on Jl.Asia Afrika No.22 Bandung, West Java. Kalis Coffee Shop is a            strategic place for its target consumers.

C.    Operational Time

Kalis Coffee Shop's operational hours are every day from 10.00-23.00.                Divided into two employee shifts, the first shift is 10.00-16.00 and the second             is 16.00-23.00.

D.    Target Customers

               The community around the Kalis Coffee shop location, as well as teenage children.

E.    Products Offered

The products offered by Kedai Kopi Kalis are cup coffee with various flavours, such as                           Mochaccino, cappuccino and others. There are also foods such as seblak, cireng and         so on              which young people like.

F.      Promotion Strategy

Promotions are carried out through social media such as Instagram, as well as                rochures distributed in several locations.

The strengths that we have include:

We use raw materials from suppliers who have quality and guaranteed raw materials.

·       Affordable price

Because our target market is the middle to lower class, the products you sell also have affordable prices, so that this can reach all circles.

 

2. Opportunity

The number of young people who have an instant lifestyle, which encourages us to continue to produce quality products and provide excellent service.

 


The following are threats that may arise in this business:

  •        There are many new products in the coffee business, including coffee shops.
  •        The price of raw materials tends to always go up.
